Return & Resolution Policy
We want every customer to feel confident opening, wearing, and enjoying their nail sets. Because our products are personal-use, hygienic items, we do not accept physical returns.
That said, we stand fully behind our work and will always make things right if something isn’t what you expected.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
For hygiene and consumer-safety reasons, once press-on nails leave our studio they cannot be resold or reintroduced into inventory. This policy protects our customers and ensures every set is brand-new and untouched.
You never have to return a product to receive help from us.
Our Resolution Promise
If your order arrives with any issue related to quality or fulfillment, we will resolve it promptly—no hoops, no hassle.
Depending on the situation, we will provide one of the following at no cost to you:
A full replacement
A refund
Store credit (often with a bonus)
The resolution method will be selected by us to ensure the fastest and fairest outcome.
What We Cover
Opening and/or inspecting the product does not affect your eligibility for a resolution.
You are eligible for a resolution if your order arrives:
Damaged during transit
Defective or with a manufacturing issue
Incorrect (wrong item or missing pieces)
Not as described due to an error on our end
With Delayed Compromised Quality (See below for defective item resolution guarantee)
How to Request a Resolution
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Optional: Clear photos of the item and packaging (This is optional because we don't ever want to create extra work for customers. Photos are not required and will not affect the resolution outcome.)
Once reviewed, we’ll take care of the rest.
If you experience Delayed or Compromised Quality, you will always receive a full replacement set.
Why? Because we promise a product with salon standards and our manicurists stand by their work.

What is Delayed or Compromised Quality? It's our way to offer the same assurances and guarantees that your local manicurists provides. Just like salons, if a nail breaks, cracks, or the polish peels within 14 days of delivery, we will send a free replacement.
For our team to send a quick replacement, please contact us within 72 hours of your experience and include your order number and describe your experience with delayed or compromised quality.
